The 69th Annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade filled New York City’s Fifth Avenue on June 14, 2026, celebrating Puerto Rican culture, heritage, and achievement. Nearly one million spectators attended the vibrant event, themed “Somos Más Que 100x35,” highlighting Puerto Rico’s global impact beyond its geographic size. Reggaetón icon Daddy Yankee served as Grand Marshal, while actress and former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres was honored as Queen and actor-singer Anthony Ramos as King. Lifetime Achievement honors were presented to Congresswoman Nydia Velázquez and renowned musician Charlie Sepúlveda.
The parade also featured appearances by celebrities, community leaders, performers, and cultural ambassadors representing the Puerto Rican diaspora. Also in the house, Howdy D from Backstreet Boys, Tito Puente, Jr on the Goya float, and freestyle queen Safire.
