The reggaetón pioneer’s new 15-track album features Cardi B, Myke Towers, Bizarrap and Diljit Dosanjh, with love serving as its central theme.

Daddy Yankee has a new message to deliver — and Cardi B is helping send it.

The Puerto Rican superstar teams with the rapper on “Cosita,” a collaboration featured on La Postal, his latest studio album, released October 30. The pairing brings two major names together on a project that stretches beyond reggaetón into a broader mix of international sounds.

While the announcement circulating on social media billed the album as upcoming, La Postal is now available. Released through DY Records, the collection contains 15 tracks, with “Cosita” appearing fourth in the sequence. Apple Music describes the collaboration as a move into bachata, giving the pairing a different setting from the club-driven sound listeners might anticipate.

Cardi B is part of an extensive guest lineup. Myke Towers joins Yankee on “Se Va,” Danny Ocean appears on “Alfombra Voladora,” Bizarrap contributes to “Pa’ Que Llorar,” and De La Rose features on “Enawo.” Punjabi star Diljit Dosanjh teams with Yankee for “Pokito,” which also received an official music video with the album’s release.

The project’s title translates to “The Postcard,” and its concept connects the songs through different expressions of love: romance, family, self-respect and faith. In the official release announcement, Yankee described the material as drawing on experiences he has lived through and witnessed, including heartbreak, healing and the contradictions of relationships.

Musically, the album follows his 2025 faith-centered release Lamento en Baile. Apple Music’s editorial overview characterizes La Postal as a return to more secular material, with reggaetón sharing space with bachata, R&B, Afrobeats influences and Punjabi sounds.

For the veteran hitmaker, that range gives La Postal a clear direction: familiar rhythmic foundations, new collaborators and a romantic thread connecting the collection. Cardi B’s appearance supplies one of its most recognizable pairings, while the wider guest list places emerging Latin talent alongside established international stars.

La Postal, including “Cosita” with Cardi B, is out now.
