From Bad Bunny to Rita Moreno: What It Could Cost to Book a Latino Star for Your Next Party

The venue is booked, the menu is set and the flowers are on their way. But for hosts looking to give their wedding, quinceañera or corporate gala a little Hollywood electricity, there’s one more potential addition to the guest list: the star everyone came to see.
Hiring a celebrity can mean anything from a brief appearance to a full private concert. And the difference between those two engagements can be as significant as the difference between their price tags.
Hollywood Latino’s compiled estimates place Bruno Mars and Bad Bunny at the top of the budget spectrum, with potential booking fees ranging from $2.5 million to $6 million. Daddy Yankee and Karol G occupy the next tier, at an estimated $2 million to $2.5 million.
At those levels, the entertainment becomes a major investment in its own right. For a corporate buyer, a marquee name can be the centerpiece of an event. For a private host, it can turn a birthday or wedding reception into a concert guests could never buy a ticket to attend.
The seven-figure bracket stretches across genres and generations. Romeo Santos, Marco Antonio Solís, Maná, Enrique Iglesias, Christian Nodal and Chayanne appear alongside crossover stars Camila Cabello and Christina Aguilera in the compilation’s $1 million to $1.5 million tier. Salma Hayek also appears in that range, although an actor’s appearance or speaking engagement involves different services from a musician’s performance.
That distinction matters. A red-carpet arrival, moderated conversation, meet-and-greet and concert should each be priced according to what the talent is being asked to deliver.
Further down the scale, the estimates suggest options for hosts whose entertainment budgets stop well short of seven figures. Rita Moreno, Jon Secada and Albita Rodríguez fall in the $25,000 to $39,000 category, while Amaury Nolasco, Erik Estrada and Kat DeLuna appear in the $7,500 to $15,000 tier.
Still, a published estimate is only the beginning of a booking conversation. Celebrity Talent International markets separate services for musical performances, actor appearances, speaking engagements and private events—categories that help explain why celebrity bookings cannot be compared on price alone.
For buyers, the essential questions are practical: What does the fee cover? How long will the star participate? Are photographs, guest interaction or promotional use included? Who pays for transportation, accommodations and production?
A celebrity’s name may get the attention. The contract determines what actually happens when the doors open.
